Our three offices in Luton, Northampton and Warrington are staffed by experienced mortgage professionals who can provide
valuable assistance to mortgage intermediaries.
We operate a dedicated Broker Desk who have in depth knowledge of our products and are usually able to offer a range of
alternatives for the intermediary to consider. We are a service-driven organisation, always recognising the wide choices
available to intermediaries when placing their business.
Although we have a strong regional presence, our appointment as an approved packager to some of the national Networks means
that we now cover a wider geographic area.
Our key lending partners are GMAC-RFC, Platform, SPML, First National, The Mortgage Business, Wave Lending, Mortgages plc,
Scarborough Specialist Mortgages, Capital Home Loans, Bristol & West, Advantage, Edeus, Future, Igroup, Mortgage Trust,
Preferred and Rooftop. We have on-site underwriters for many of the Lenders. Our lender panel has been designed to cover
all aspects of the non standard lending market and is regularly reviewed.
As members of the Alliance of Mortgage Packagers & Distributors (AMPD) we also have access to 'top tier' exclusive products.
