TMW launch with MTE
TMW products are now available via MTE. To take advantage of the speed savings
and simplicity of the Mortgage Trading Exchange (MTE) please complete the 2 step sign up process:
1. You need to register your details with MTE to receive your User ID,
Password and PIN number. After successfully finishing this step you will need to wait
2 hours before returning to complete step 2.
2. Once you have your MTE log in details, register with The Mortgage Works
(if you are already TMW registered we will just need to know your MTE ID –
call us on 0845 45 45 400
to update us). After you have successfully
registered your details with MTE and The Mortgage Works, log on to MTE and you'll have
immediate access to the following benefits:
Fast and flexible
- Fast track decisions, no need to provide proof or income or payment history.
- DIP can be seamlessly continued onto a full application.
When a "Refer" DIP decision is obtained you can track the
case for the final decision which will be returned to you in
the stated timescale. If the DIP is accepted, then you can continue
onto the Full Mortgage Application (FMA).
Pay all upfront fees by debit/credit card.
On submission of the FMA, the offer should come out quicker
(as long as you send in the signed declaration and proofs when required).
Choose the product from drop down options within the application
form (no codes needed). The list of products returned is based on your
Dynamic questions - only relevant data required.
Reserve product and valuation on submission of FMA.
You can print off all data submitted in PDF format for your records or to give to the client.
To submit successfully you need to be registered with MTE and TMW
(who must have your MTE ID). You can register either via the website or call
0845 45 45 400 if you are registered but we do not have your MTE ID.
When you submit the DIP form we will return a list of possible address
matches for you to choose from, enabling the details to be processed more efficiently.
To retrieve our latest DIP or application update you will need to 'track' the case.
Once the application has been submitted you can view your cases progress and
offer details via the case tracking information.
